What’s Involved in Building Your New Home?

Before construction begins, we bring in structural engineers to test the foundations and ensure the earthworks meet and exceed the required standards. Licensed surveyors also set out the site with precision to match your plans from the very beginning.

We use laser levels to set up your concrete slab to exact heights. Once poured, every slab is double-checked by a licensed surveyor to confirm accuracy before we move forward.

External cavity walls are built using vertical cored bricks for added strength. We install cavity wall insulation as standard in all external brickwork to improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

All roof frames are built using structural-grade, termite-treated timber to ensure durability over time. Once complete, every roof is inspected by a structural engineer to confirm it meets the highest standards.

Ceilings and internal timber-framed walls are fully insulated to help manage temperature and reduce noise. We also install Anticon insulation blankets beneath all metal roofing to improve thermal performance even further.

Every wet area in your home is independently waterproofed and certified by specialist inspectors. We install Puddle Flanges on all shower waste pipes to help protect against leaks and future water damage.
