LET'S TALK

We sit down together, you tell us what you are looking for in your dream home. We will discuss how your vision suits your lifestyle, your site and your budget. Together we will brainstorm what’s possible and inspire each other with ideas and come up with the initial concept for your new home. 

YOUR DESIGN

Next we will introduce you to some of Perth's most talented designers who will turn your initial concept into individually designed concept plans and elevations. If you desire, we can also have 3D computer-generated impressions and walk throughs created so you can get a real sense of what your dream home will look like. Your design will be accompanied by a budget guide to build you dream home to your specification.

INTERIOR DESIGN & SELECTIONS

Now that you are happy with your concept design and budget guide. We will begin fine tuning your design and finalise the price to build your perfect home. At this stage, if you desire we can now introduce you to interior design consultant that can help you to choose all the colours and material finishes that reflect and complement your individual taste and lifestyle.

BUILDING YOUR NEW HOME

Now that you have approved the final design and selections, we can now begin the process of building your individually designed, custom home. Construction is personally overseen by Scott, your Builder and Managing Director of Equilibrium Homes to ensure your home is built to his exacting standards. Scott will always be happy to take your call or meet you on site to answer any questions you may have about your home. 

Congratulations, your new home is complete and ready to move in. But our service does not end there. It is our belief that our customer service after you move in is just as important as when we were building your home. You can rest assured that we will provide prompt assistance should you have any questions regarding your new home or any maintenance issues arise.
