After a unique journey through the building industry which has now spanned more than 25 years, Scott realised that he could offer a better way to build for clients looking for a truly personalised building experience. This inspired Scott to found Equilibrium Homes in 2016.

 

Equilibrium Homes is built on a reputation of honesty and integrity. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, yet personal service with a high level of communication, that begins by working closely with you on that first concept design, right through to our ongoing support after completion.

 

At the heart of our success is our relationship with our subcontractors. Scott has developed strong relationships with a core group of master craftspeople over a number of years. All of which share his passion for high quality workmanship.
