All our homes are inspected by structural engineers at each crucial stage of the building project. At handover along with the keys to your beautiful new custom designed home, you will also receive structural engineer’s reports, ensuring that your home is built to the highest industry standard.
We believe you should have the freedom and flexibility to make changes during the building process. Where other building companies will charge you excessive Variation Fees to discourage you from making changes, we will never charge you additional Variation Fees. It’s your home, so if you want to make a change, you can.
